PLA molding tray
Since we are manufacturing the molds in-house, we can create original shapes. There is also a grade of PLA with a heat resistance temperature of 150°C!
At Daitō, it is possible to mold and process PLA sheets into any shape. Since we have internalized everything from CAD design to machining for molds, we can design to your desired shape. Including molding and processing, we can handle the entire process in-house, allowing us to flexibly respond to custom product production, such as cushioning trays tailored to the shape of the packaged products. You can choose from three types of materials.
